Digital Quantum has taken a proactive initiative to focus on most important areas which has major influence to our society at large. Digital Quantum drives its CSR initiatives through a CSR Council headed by a Board of Director.

- To ensure providing Employment Opportunities to differently abled people and rural youth for getting skilled and get a suitable employment opportunity.
- One of the main Objective of the Digital Quantum is to provide Employment to the youth.
- We have strong pipeline and Client base across North America, Europe and India, which helps us create the Employment opportunity, around the World!

- Environment is another important area for Digital Quantum CSR. Digital Quantum endeavors to contribute towards the development of an environment friendly and sustainable society.
- Digital Quantum is fully committed to follow the E-Waste management rule 2016 published by the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoFF) and has a comprehensive e-waste management policy.
